    A: Our concept revolves around individual booths where vendors can showcase pre-loved items. Each booth has a clothing rail and shelves, making it a cozy and appealing display for customers.
  • Q1: What is SHOWCASE DXB?
    A: SHOWCASE DXB is a resale platform where you can rent a booth to sell pre-owned items. Our store features individual booths, giving each vendor a personal space to showcase their items in a curated and inviting way.
  • Q3: What are your operating hours?
    A: Our store is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Booth setup and take-down times are provided to vendors upon booking.
  • Q8: What is the cost of renting a booth?
    A: Booth rental costs vary depending on the availability and season. You can find current rates on our Book a Booth page. Note that a small fee of AED 50 applies if you request us to dismantle your booth at the end of the rental period.
  • Q5: How can I become a vendor at SHOWCASE DXB?
    A: To become a vendor, simply visit our Book a Booth page, check available dates on our interactive calendar, and submit the booking form with your details. After payment, you'll secure your booth for the week.
  • Q7: What is included with the booth rental?
    A: We provide hangers, bins, tags, stickers, sharpies, zip ties, “S” hooks, barbs, and barb guns to help you easily set up and maintain your booth throughout the week.
  • Q6: What are the booth setup and take-down times?
    A: Booth setup is on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, with customer doors opening at 10:00 am. Booth take-down is on Fridays between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
  • Q12: How is the commission structured?
    A: SHOWCASE retains 20% of the total revenue from your sales, while you receive 80%. Credit card fees are also split in the same way.
  • Q9: How do I book a booth?
    A: Simply visit the Book a Booth page, check availability on our interactive calendar, fill out the booking form, and complete your payment to secure your spot.
  • Q13: When will I receive my payout?
    A: Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days after the final day of your booth rental. Payments are made via bank transfer.
  • Q11: Can I cancel or reschedule my booth reservation?
    A: Yes, you can reschedule your booking without additional charges, provided it's done at least 48 hours before your reservation starts. Please note that booth rentals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time.
  • Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment gateway.
  • Q16: Are there any rules on the types of items I can sell?
    A: SHOWCASE does not permit the sale of counterfeit premium brand items. We also do not authenticate items, so it’s the vendor's responsibility to ensure that all items are genuine.
  • Q14: What happens if my booth doesn’t sell enough to cover the rental cost?
    A: Your first booking is risk-free. If your booth does not generate at least the rental cost in sales, we will refund you the booth fee.
  • Q15: What happens if I don’t clear my booth by 8:00 pm on Friday?
    A: You can opt to pay a fee of AED 50 for us to take down your booth on Friday. If you fail to clear it by 8:00 pm, the fee will be deducted from your final payout.
  • Q17: What if my items are lost, stolen, or damaged?
    A: While we prioritize the security of all items, SHOWCASE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products
